Story Behind the Curve
Young adults who perceive that there is harm from use of a particular substance are at lower risk for using that substance. For the Young Adult Survey, data for Essex and Orleans Counties are combined due to small numbers of respondents. This measure for young adults in Vermont has been declining over time.
