Our trained professionals assist in guiding families to services and resources that fit their needs. Skilled staff members are available to help families raise healthy children by visiting you throughout pregnancy and the early years of parenting.

A new baby can bring a lot of questions - we are here to help! Our visits focus on supporting women to have healthy pregnancies and positive birth experiences. After baby is born, our visits help promote your child’s health, including providing newborn weight checks, breastfeeding support, parenting and safety tips, and education on how your child is growing, learning, and developing. These services are free of charge and visit times/locations are flexible.
