• Led by a trained professional with lived experience
• Evidence-based curriculum
• Partnership with Literacy Connection for journaling
• Referrals from Henderson County Public Schools
• Word of mouth- positive experiences from students/families

What's hurting what we do? These are the negative forces at work in our strategy/program that infuence how much we do or how well we do it.

• Limited staff to lead classes
• Limited space within each class
• Need for bilingual class leaders
