Five agencies are reporting this outcome. The programs include drug and trauma counseling, mental health services, and student counseling. Participation is defined as consistent attendance to the agency program or counseling sessions. Success looks like any improvement in mental health during or after the course of the program. The improvement is measured based on an agency assessment.
