2021 data on unduplicated consumers was very low because of the pandemic and network capacity due to providers having workforce shortages.
Currently there is a limited number of transportation providers, limited hours of operation. There is a huge need for transportation providers that can offer service beyond the time frame between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
