Adult wellness (health screening event) are frequently scheduled, at various locations, throughout the service area. Screenings may include blood pressure only, or a combination of the following:

• Body mass index
• Blood pressure and heart rate
• Glucose
• Total cholesterol

1. Continue Outreach Programs: Maintain and expand community outreach efforts to engage more participants.
2. Increase Health Screenings: Offer more health screening events to provide opportunities for health coaching sessions.
3. Strengthen Partnerships: Build stronger partnerships with local organizations to enhance service delivery.
4. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to support the growing demand for health screenings.

Contributing Factors:

1. Post-COVID Recovery: Increased demand for health services and screenings as the community recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Community Outreach: Effective community outreach programs have engaged more participants in health screening events.
3. Health Events: Frequent scheduling of adult wellness events at various locations, offering a range of screenings such as blood pressure, body mass index, glucose, and cholesterol.
