Four agencies are reporting on this outcome. The programs include a food bank, domestic violence shelter, homeownership prep, and housing stability. Participation is defined either as enrollment and attendance of agency programs or the creation and progression of goals set by a program. Success looks like a significant increase in financial literacy skills, completion of the case management program, or significant progression/completion of set goals.
