Our goal for this measure is to complete 90% of tests by their expected deadline. In 2023, we met this goal for quarters 2 and 3, but did not meet it in quarter 1 or 4.

Reasons for unmet TAT's: short staff, new staff, high volume, holiday, sickness, project shut downs, section relocation, late delivery times.
