Story Behind the Measure
Only two people signed up for the course and only one attended after the first day. Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is a 6-8 week course designed to give people the skills to manage their conditions at home in order to live better lives. One person attending the course is not enough to gather data to determine whether or not this course provided any positive results.
