Story Behind the Curve: Prevention and Thrive Team

• The PATT team applied to complete the Strengthening Systems for North Carolina Children (SYNC) project as one of the first main initiatives of the team. 
• This project started in January of 2023 and will continue through April of 2024.
• So far, we have completed the SYNC intro webinar (January 2023) and 2 workshops to create the causal loop diagram (February 2023). 
• We spent the month of March 2023 conducting partner interviews and getting feedback from the community on the causal loop diagram that was developed.
• We have had multiple meetings with the SYNC team and are in the process of completing our first year of technical support.
