Story Behind the Curve: Prevention and Thrive Team
- The PATT team applied to complete the Strengthening Systems for North Carolina Children (SYNC) project as one of the first main initiatives of the team.
- This project started in January of 2023 and will continue through April of 2024.
- From the whole PATT team, 15 members agreed to participate in the SYNC project and sit on our “community team”. The “community team” is a subgroup of the PATT team that is participating in the SYNC project.
- These members helped create a causal loop diagram of the factors that are impacting ACEs in Franklin County and then we have brought that diagram back to the larger PATT team to develop actionable steps to address the identified factors.
