Create a structured Knowledge Sharing/Mentorship program to build upon the foundation of professional development opportunities offered in year one. This program aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement among staff. This can include the development of an internal platform where staff can share insights, best practices, and lessons learned from professional development; creation of a mentorship program where experienced staff can mentor junior colleagues; and skill exchange workshops where staff can learn from one another.
