Mid-East CTC to resume their CARE program to help adults earn their GED and skills needed for jobs in our community.

Story Behind the Curve

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, community activities and outreach was limited and Mid-East CTC CARE program and other resources was unavailable or restricted. We are starting to see these effects, and are focusing to improve literacy with adults in our 2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
