Data Description and Source
Description: Generally negative trend. The percent adults in Arkansas that reported binge drinking decreased from 2011 to 2012, from 15.1% to 12.4%. Starting in 2012, the percent increased steadily, until reaching 16.5% in 2017. Between 2017 and 2022, the percent that binge drink was variable, but ended at 17.6% in 2022.
