From June & July we saved 899 LBS from going to waste
From the 899 LBS - some of it is not usable because it's peel, skin, or rotten, so we turn it over to local farmers for compost - 318 LBS went to compost.
We delivered 399 LBS of cooked food to Trulight Ministries, Christ's Table, and Salvation Army.
This work created 61 hours of training time for the women in our recovery with a purpose program. They worked on potatoes, carrots, cabbage, apples, squash, onions, peppers, and cucumbers.
