Description: Variable but generally positive trend.  Between 2012 and 2018, the heart disease mortality rate decreased from 224.6 per 100,000 population to 174.3 per 100,000 population among non-Hispanic Black females.  The mortality rate increased to 213.1 per 100,000 by 2021.
