Description: Negative trend. Between 2012 and 2016, diabetes mortality rate among non-Hispanic Black females had decreased from 44.5 per 100,000 population to 35.4 per 100,000.  Since 2016, diabetes mortality has generally increased to 59.2 per 100,000 population by 2021.
