Description:  Negative trend. Infant mortality rate per 1,000 live births in Arkansas among non-Hispanic Whites increased between 2012 (6.4) and 2016 (7.4), before decreasing to 5.7 by 2019, and finally increasing to 7.4 per 1,000 live births in 2021.
