Starting January 1, 2024, DHHS has a new department-wide centralized log for GRAMA requests. This measure will track the percentage of GRAMA requests that are completed on time. Total requests completed on time will be divided by total requests to calculate the percentage. Data collected department-wide beginning January 1, 2024.

Story Behind the Curve
Since implementing our new tracking system on January 1, 2024, DHHS is now able to collect data on the completion of GRAMA requests within statutory guidelines. We are seeing a positive trend line in successful completion of GRAMA requests. DCE admin and DHHS GRAMA coordinator are holding quarterly DHHS records officer meetings to highlight successes, review data, make announcements, discuss GRAMA areas that need improvement, and to provide a forum for records officers to learn from each other. Correctional Health Services started to enter their GRAMA requests into SharePoint on August 1, 2024.
