Definition
A Family Child Care Home provides developmentally appropriate care, education, protection, and supervision that are designed to ensure wholesome growth and educational experiences for children outside of their own homes for periods of less than twenty-four (24) hours per day. A Family Child Care Home shall be operated in the residence occupied by the Family Child Care Provider (FCCP).
