The April 7th, 2024 CCFAP income guideline changes included two additional percentages of the FPL when determining a family's eligibility for financial assistance (375% and 400%). Because the maximum percentage was previously 350% for families, data on families above 350% and below or equal to 400% was not captured. The only families captured above 350% prior to April 2024 were families deemed eligible through an income-exemption while exceeding 350%. Those families were counted in the measure "Income-Exempt Exceeding Guidelines."
