Footnotes from Data Source: Race is provided only for those students who are not Hispanic and students who identify as Hispanic are shown as Hispanic only. Race may not be available for every student, therefore, the sum of students across all race or ethnicities may not add up to the overall count. Census tracts are determined based on students’ September residency in the associated academic year. Some students did not have a census tract reported in the original data and these students are assigned the census tract that corresponds to the school of attendance. Students were considered on-track to graduate on time if the student earned 5 credits in 9th grade. MSDE data suppression rules applied to groups less than 10 to protect privacy.
