The October 6th, 2024 CCFAP income guideline changes included additional percentages of the FPL when determining a family's eligibility for financial assistance (425%% through 575%). Because the maximum percentage was previously 400% for families, data on families above 400% was not captured. The only families captured above 400% prior to October 2024 were families deemed eligible through an income-exemption while exceeding 400%. Those families were counted in the measure "Income-Exempt Exceeding Guidelines."
