2020 and 2021 Client Satisifaction Surverys were sent out by mail due to Covid-19.  This resulted in lower response rates. 

FY22 as we switch to post pandemic we are ale to offer services to clients and families in the way that they are comfortable.  We are able to offere services face to face, in the community and over telemedicine.
