Our mission is to ensure that the residents of Franklin and Grand Isle counties have access to high quality services, which promote healthy living and emotional well-being.

Our goal is to make sure that our high quality services meet individual needs, make a difference in the lives of our community, and that each client is satisfied with their overall care and experience.

In 2021 we saw an increase in active clients as programing has increased along with the needs of the community.

In 2022 we start concentrating on administratively discharging clients that had not had a service in 90+ days or were open to intake then never followed through with services or did not need the service anymore.  Working this report and making sure that the proper discharge paperwork was completed did impact the total number of clients we open and served by our agency.
