Story Behind the Curve
FY 2020 and FY 2021 due to the Coivd 19 Pandamic Client Satisfaction Surveys were mailed to consumers resulting in a lower return rate. In 2022 we implemented a hybrid model of handing out survey's depending on the client and teams conformt. Some were mailed, some were handed out face to face and others where taken over the phone. This helped increase our response rates for the FY22.

Action Plan
All Team Leaders are engaging in a Turn the Curve exercise with their teams regarding the FY22 consumer satisfaction results. The information is being gathered and centralized as part of an agency wide initiative to improve outcomes.
