Story Behind the Curve

FY 2020 and FY 2021 due to the Coivd 19 pandamic Survey Results were mailed out which resulted in a lower return rate.  

In 2022 we were able to implement a hybrid model of handing out surveys depending on client preference.  Survey's were either handed out face to face, mailed or a phone call was made to complete the survey.  As we come out of the pandemic and state mandates were lifted the way we were offereing services during the pandemic was able to change and we were able to offer services to clients the way they prefered.  Services are happening in a bunch of community locations, face to face and telemedicine.

Action Plan

All Team Leaders are engaging in a Turn the Curve exercise with their teams regarding the FY16 consumer satisfaction results. The information is being gathered and centralized as part of an agency wide initiative to improve outcomes.
