Story Behind the Curve
In FY19-20, agency Scorecards were evaluated and revised. A number of funded programs found they were not able to consistenty report this data or, most typically, that this measure did not align with their program goals. As such, this performance measure has been recalculated and does not have as extensive a trendline as some other measures.
