Story Behind the Curve
The Life Skills Progression Survey is completed by Family Support Workers every 6 months, as well as a baseline questionnaire (also completed every 6 months). Both of these items ask about employment. A spreadsheet is used to keep track of the numbers of participant parents who enroll in school/training or who become employed (and were not employed or in school previously) within 6 months and 1 year of Healthy Families enrollment.
