Story Behind the Curve

Cache County and cities within realize that trails are a big influence of the health of a community.  Cache County has four trail counters and Logan city is in the process of installing seven counters.  When people use trails they are helping the envoronment simply because they are chosing an alternative form of transportation and not causing polution like they would in a car.  The CDC recommends that adults get 150 of physical activity each week, people who utilize the trails are more likely to achieve that goal.  Physical activity has also known decreased mental health issues.
