Two Medication Take Back Events were scheduled with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office in partnership with the Jackson County Department on Aging Senior Center and Walmart, however both had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. The permanent drop boxes in the community were promoted to community members as a way to safely dispose of medications.
