Story Behind the Curve
The Macomb County Health Department has collaborated with faith-based institutions, food pantries and school based health centers to distribute information on low cost / free dental services. Rack cards were distributed with oral health information for infants, children, teens, adults, and pregnant women on one side, and the county's low-cost dental providers on the other side. In addition, a flyer printed in a large font with the same information for seniors was distributed.
