Story Behind the Curve
The goal of creating and disseminating monthly PSAs is to increase Logan County's residents' knowledge of and community use of the 211 resource. A process must be developed to use 211 data to coordinate health, social, and supportive services.

Provide Information:
- Evaluate content and amount of calls for the month
- Utilize that information to create a relevant PSA for the month
- Increase awareness about this available resource through media, local events, and word of mouth
