Prior to 2018, it is unclear how this data was calculated to be entered into the scorecard. Begininng in 2018, a new strategy was implemented that involved taking raw numbers from all the age groups that made up 16-24 year olds and calculating the data from there. A document with formulas has been uploaded for future years.
