  • Urban Institute’s Transition from Jail (TJC) Model for Reentry Case Management, currently used in Howard County
  • Community Conferencing Center( A study by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services showed that young offenders who participated in Community Conferences re-offend 60% less than a comparable sample of young people who went through the juvenile justice system. (Impact outcomes 2009-2014)
