Compulsory school age has changed to 18, youth are leaving the county for other career opportunities.

We need to find out who the disconnected youth are and where they are at,

* Apprenticeship 

* reduce the risk of employment with employers in the county

* expanding partnerships in the county.  

* A tool to use for the 16-24 old to keep them involved.

* Promote programs in the county for youth.

To bring the disconnected youth in the county to see what the barriers are including transportation. 

Collect more defined data for the County so we understand the disconnected youth.

The difference between the 16-24 year old that are in a career path and  or National Accreditation and the youth that are employed.  Who falls in to the disconnected population..parenting or disabled?
