Moreover, a family in which the parents have year-round employment in occupations providing a wage sufficient to meet the family's basic needs.
Explanation for the Indicator
This indicator is the rate of adults experiencing intergenerational poverty who earned wages all four quarters in the reporting calendar year. The target rate is based upon the rate of all Utah wage earners who earned wages all four quarters, in the reporting year.
