Electric vehicle registrations include all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles registered in the Northwest Region. Electric Vehicles contribute toward reducing the region’s reliance on fossil fuels and mitigating the impacts of climate change. A goal of the NRPC’s Regional Energy Plan is to increase the number of electric vehicles for transportation.
