Description: Mostly positive trend. Trend of newly reported HIV cases in Arkansas has declined since 2014, from almost 12.8 per 100,000 population to 8.2 per 100,000 population in 2020.  In 2021, the rate of newly report HIV cases in Arkansas among those age 13 and over, increased to 11.5 per 100,000 population.
