EOY FY25: Many of the families that SOC Navigators worked with who were experiencing housing instability were on the waitlist for our Family Stability programs because they needed financial assistance with rental arrears (financial assistance not offered through Systems of Care). Navigators were able to help assist with other needs the family was having while awaiting their place in the FS program, but given the circumstances, the bulk of these families were unable to have their housing stability addressed by navigation alone and simply needed to wait until they were able to engage with FS and obtain financial assistance for their arrears.
