Story Behind the Curve - Data Narrative
| For the month of May, Trybe was able to host our food distributions, a Mothers Day event, as well as Beloved events with the support of East Oakland Collective passing out resources and providing education. Though we have hired translators, we are still in need of vaccine materials that the community members can take away in those languages. | ||||||
| Trybe assisted in local events such as Oakland High Leadership Carnival and San Antonio Jazz Festival. Each event Trybe provided resources, tabled materials and provided education to the youth and their families. At these events, we were able to provide resources to summer jobs for both yoth and parents. Additionally, we also helped staff the stationary pods. |
