Story Behind the Curve
FY23: HY1: The regional provider for Family Functional Therapy presented to the team on service model. HY2: LCT hosted monthly site visits to agencies and service providers where the team would hear presentations on the services and requirements, and engage in discussions about cross collaboration. LCT interns participated to learn about the service array and prepared materials to educate residents and families.
