Percentages for White and Latino people represent the percentage of people from that racial group that met the Performance Measures. For example, if 100 people met a performance measure, 80 of those people were Latino and of those 80 people 40 met the performance measure, the graph would indicate that 50% of the Latino people met the Performance Measure.
