There is no current process for collecting and quantifying feedback from eRA users in a manner that provides meaningful feedback and direction for eRA.
Update September 2021: eRA continues to pilot a feedback survey with the Committee Management Module (CMM) redesign working group. eRA began collecting feedback from this group on a half-year basis starting in HY1 2018.

What Works
eRA has standing "user groups" for each module, including, but not limited to:
- Committee Management Users Group (CMUG)
- Review Users Group (RUG)
- eRA Technical Users Group (ETUG)
- GM Lead Users (GMLU)
- Commons Working Group (CWG)
Action Plan
- Establish "focus groups" to provide feedback for eRA modules
- Develop specific mechanism for collecting feedback (e.g. surveys)
- Develop specific intervals for when feedback will be collected
- Pilot "focus group" concept with Committee Management Module (CMM) pilot users group
