Need to create an aggregate measure to outline the progress that is being made in each tier of required trainings. OPR staff have developed a tracking system that includes a spreadsheet of all DPH staff and the tier they are assigned to. Training has currently been rolled out to all tiers 1-3.
The last accountability session documented that 93.8% of staff have completed Tier 2 trainings, and 71.4% of those assigned to Tier 3 have completed IS 200/2200.
