Measure Definition
This measure captures the current number of DHHS staff with Quicksight accounts to create or view dashboards and reports. There is a total number of accounts reported and a second number reported for the number of users who have used their accounts within the last 30 days.
Story Behind the Curve
DHHS has invested in a data warehouse and Quicksight is set up to be one of the primary ways we grant authorized users access to valuable data and insights. The division intends to grow usage by first releasing a number of reports to managers that relate to staffing, training, and other generally-applicable topics. Our goal is to reach 500 active internal users, or roughly 1 in 12 DHHS staff.
