In FY16, we added this question to the annual satisfaction survey. It is modeled after the Harvard Business Review, "The one number you need to grow". According to this article, people who respond to this question (scale of 0 - 10) at a 9 or a 10 are the program "promoters" and represent the number "to grow" to demonstrate satisfaction with the program.
