FY21 HFY2
Three of the four programs: FIIP, Youth Connections, and Systems Navigation, were able to meet 80% of their performance measure goals directly related to the action plans put in place in HY1.

All programs were close to meeting the 80% performance measures but because of some of the challenges they are dealing with due to COVID has impacted this measure. Some of the programs have action plans in place to help them meet their measures during HFY2.
