Our mission is to ensure that the residents of Franklin and Grand Isle counties have access to high-quality services that promote healthy living and emotional well-being.

Our goal is to deliver services that meet individual needs, make a meaningful difference in the lives of our community members, and ensure that each client is satisfied with their overall care and experience.

In 2021, we saw an increase in active clients as programming expanded to meet the growing needs of the community.

In 2022, we began focusing on administratively discharging clients who had not received a service in more than 90 days, were open to intake but never followed through, or no longer required services. Working through this process and ensuring that all appropriate discharge paperwork was completed did impact the total number of clients opened and served by our agency.
