As of FY21-22, due to the hiring of a new Executive Director in Oct. 2021, clients that completed probation supervision/cases closed during FY is understood to mean the number of clients who were discharged from probation for the following reasons: closed successful, closed unsuccessful, probation revoked, case transferred to other agency, deceased, absconded, or discharged to a warrant. FY2021: The total number of clients on supervision was lesser due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This in turn created fewer case close-outs.
